Stellar Freight Ltd. was established in 1992 as a New York corporation and since
that time has acted as shipping agent, freight forwarder and consolidator of cargo
to and from the United States. It is affiliated with the Stellar group of companies
which include several ship owing and operating companies as well as companies specializing
in the transportation of project and general cargoes throughout the world.
Its key personnel have many years of experience in the intermodal transportation
of commercial and military cargo. They include experts in:
- vessel chartering
- cargo vessel operations
- intermodal transportation in the U.S., Europe, Russia and the other countries of
the former Soviet Union
- military cargoes and the related procedures and documentation
- international transportation law and regulations
- cargo operations, including those related to oversize, and heavy lift and large
